Your own indoor pool house
A standalone building with a heated pool lets you swim in January while it snows. Above it is a 30′×16′ apartment-style loft with a wet bar and full bath.
Two forest-side hot tubs
One sits beneath the covered patio beside a stone fireplace; the second is open to the surrounding woods.
A great room built for twenty
Soaring ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and walls of windows on the forest. Film nights move downstairs to the dedicated theater room.
45 feet of game room
Billiards, foosball, five arcade cabinets, and a claw machine restocked with a stuffed animal for every guest, all in a 17-by-45-foot lower-level space.
A spacious primary suite
A walk-in spa shower, oversized jetted tub, wet bar, and private en-suite bath.
A dock slip on the lake
Seasonal slip on Deep Creek Lake, available Memorial Day through Labor Day and a ten-minute walk down the hill.
The pool, hot tubs, and lake are unattended. There is no lifeguard on duty, and children must be supervised at all times. Safety guidelines in the house rules.
